DIY Hog Roast

 

Archer's offers all you need to put together a mouthwatering Hog Roast.

 

The price for our *DIY hog roast is £4 per person based on the minimum order of 20 people.

 

This includes:

Blythburgh free-range cooked loins of pork & crackling

Freshly baked baguettes

homemade apple sauce

sage and onion stuffing

Paper napkins

We also lend out cutting boards, bread knife, carving knife and fork, 2 x serving tongs, and 2 x pallet knives,serving tables,warm serving dishes & professional temperature controlled transportation hot boxes (£100 returnable deposit)

 

All you have to do is cut and serve!
