All our meat comes from local farms to help reduce our carbon footprint and is free range where possible.
All our pork comes from the famous Blythburgh free range pigs in Suffolk.
Supplied by National Pig Farmer of the Year 2005, Jimmy Butler, the Blythburgh herd is allowed to roam free and grow naturally without hormones or antibiotic growth promoters. They are fed on a natural balanced diet, free from Genetically Modified (GM) products.
Our beef comes from local farms near Norwich and we always buy the best grade available.
The beef is then hung on the bone for at least 21 days in our specific hanging cold store where it matures giving it flavour and tenderness.
Our lamb is supplied by Chris Bustance of Lincolnshire, and it is absolutely first class!
We trust Chris and his ability to provide us with the very best lamb available this side of Wales.
