Due to the huge demand we have a team dedicated solely to the production of our sausages using the very latest equipment alongside traditional skills.
We have won many awards including the coveted Norfolk and Norwich Food Festival Annual Battle Of The Bangers Award three times since 2006.
All our sausages are made with the finest, fresh, free-range pork and our own secret blend of herbs and spices. Some of the recipes for our suasages have been handed down from generations. We are constantly revising and improving our sausages and looking for new and exciting recipes so please contact us with any suggestions.
