Cooking tips

For best results cook on a meduim heat on the BBQ. For the sausages, burgers and kebabs Turn regularly to avoid burning and make sure they are cooked all the way through to a minimum of 75oc. To cook the ribs, place in an oven proof dish covered with foil, place in the oven on 180 for 1 hour or until soft. Then finish on the BBQ. If using coals make sure they are turning white in colour before you start to cook. Serve with a good quility BBQ Sauce such as Stokes or Angus & Oink, some of our coleslaw and mac'n'cheese.
