All our sausages are made with outdoor reared pigs from Tim Allen in South Creake, North Norfolk. They are handmade the traditional way using our own unique blend of herbs and spices with no artificial flavourings or colourings used. The sausages have a high lean meat content of around 85% and use a mixture of shoulder, belly and leg of pork and a natural casing to create the perfect “bite”. We are renowned for our sausages throughout Norfolk for winning the popular, Norfolk Food & Drink festival “battle of bangers” competition several times over as well as many other awards.
