For best results cook on a meduim heat on the BBQ. Turn regularly to avoid burning and make sure they are cooked all the way through to a minimum of 75oc. If using coals make sure they are turning white in colour before you start to cook. serve with a good quility BBQ Sauce such as Stokes or Angus & Oink.
